This delivery policy (“Policy”) describes how deliveries are made by our online store and what you can expect when you place an order with us. This Policy applies to all deliveries made through our website or any of our related products or services (collectively, “Services”).

This Policy explains the types of deliveries we offer, the regions where we deliver, and the lead times associated with different products. - We currently offer delivery only within the Johannesburg and Pretoria regions of South Africa.
- We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11am, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next day.
- Imported flowers require a lead time of 1 week, as we want to ensure that we can provide you with the freshest possible product. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to offer timed deliveries at this time. We require time in the morning to carefully wrap all the bouquets to ensure that they arrive to you in the best possible condition. However, we do offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11am, so you can still receive your flowers on the day you need them.
